Question: when streaming video from cloud storage like Google drive to Chromecast. Is the stream going via my phone or is the Chromecast pulling it directly from drive using local cast just add a controller?

It's ridiculous that a law written in 1835 is being used to restrict the use of powered scooters and segways. A lot has changed in nearly 200 years. Isn't it time the law was updated to take account of technological progress?

You say it's because they don't work with prime video; but that's a problem entirely of your making. You could easily add Chromecast support in your app if you really had customer's interests at heart.
